1. Scope of Services: Rainier View Plumbing and Rooter provides plumbing services, including but not limited to repairs, installations, and maintenance.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Customers must schedule appointments in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to late fees.

5. Service Charges: A service charge of $65.00 may apply for diagnostic visits or assessments if no work is performed. This charge will be credited to the total if the customer accepts the estimate.

6. Eligibility and Transferrable Membership: Homes eligible for the IAG Membership must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Rainier View Plumbing & Rooter address:

Rainier View Plumbing & Rooter, LLC. has the right to accept or refuse membership based on location.

6. Warranty: Our services are backed by a warranty. Please inquire about warranty details specific to your service.

7. Liability: Rainier View Plumbing and Rooter is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing plumbing issues or unforeseen complications.

8. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to plumbing systems and ensuring the safety of our technicians while on their property.

9. Code Compliance: All services provided will be in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

10. Privacy: Customer information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
